We are pleased to announce that registration and abstract submissions are now open for the XV Jornadas de Bioinformática - XV Symposium on Bioinformatics (JBI2025), which will take place from 22-24 October, 2025 at ETSII-UPM in Madrid, Spain.
Building on the success of previous editions, JBI2025 aims to strengthen community-building by providing a dynamic forum for the Spanish and Portuguese bioinformatics and computational biology communities to share and discuss the latest breakthroughs.
The first confirmed keynote speakers are Dr. Roser Vento-Tormo, Vento-Tormo Group Leader at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, Hinxton, United Kingdom; Dr. Cedric Notredame, Comparative Bioinformatics Group Leader at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), Barcelona, Spain; and Prof. Tim Hubbard, Director of ELIXIR and Professor of Bioinformatics at the King’s College London, United Kingdom.
