The 24th International Analytical Ultracentrifugation Workshop and Symposium, to be held in Christchurch, New Zealand, will focus on solution studies of biological macromolecules, interacting systems, synthetic polymers, nanoparticles and colloids. Techniques such as analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC), dynamic and static light scattering (DLS, MALLS), small angle X-ray and neutron scattering (SAXS, SANS), NMR, SPR, field flow fractionation (FFF), and calorimetry (ITC, DSC), and fluorescence techniques are will be featured.
AUC 2019 will open with several workshops, which begin on the morning of Saturday 24 August, and end on the afternoon of Monday 26 August. These workshops will be given by leading experts in the workshop topics.
A symposium will follow the workshop, starting in the evening of Tuesday 27 August and continue until the afternoon of Thursday 29 August. The symposium will offer two poster sessions, an exhibitor fair, and roundtable discussions.

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is generously offering one scholarship to a Graduate student and one to a Postdoctoral fellow to attend AUC2019. Awardees will have their transportation (including airfare) and registration to the symposium and workshops covered (to a value of $1500USD). In addition, awardees will give a short talk in the symposium on their research.
